
What should I do when I get an attack panic when driving?
Yesterday I was in the middle of traffic, was not there is something wrong and I just started strange feeling, feeling too hot, difficult breathing, heartbeating too quickly, my hands were shaking … is so weird and felt like you were going to died there! I take medication for it, but are taken as 30 minutes to work. What should I do if I feel it again?
