has anyone else noticed during pregnancy they get anxiety or panic over nothing? Not Tho orders pregnancy!?
Hi I was wondering if anyone else is doing what. I think I'm having Panic Attacks during my pregnancy, but not on the things of pregnancy, its triggered by something. Also I feel is quite paranoid about things. If stress that I talked to my midwife about it and my husband but I do not understand that when it comes. Someone else xx
yes I had panic attacks, anxiety when I was speaker who has reached the point where I do not want to be "here", no more anxiety may be a sign of depression or post natal depression Pre chart. After my beautiful daughter was born I was worse, I wouldnt get out of bed every time my baby cried I also wanted that I could close my eyes and everything which could go far. I know it sounds like you will never leave it but thats what I thought was making excuses for not telling anyone, the main one being I was tired! there is a happy ending to this story. I got help to care for my baby and started seeing a psychologist, I wish you good luck and keep your midwife in the loop of how you feel! there is also someone asked a similar question in the newborn and the child's screen name is!
