Benzodiazepines, which are really useful for someone who has Panic Attacks while driving / riding on the roads.?
I really want go home. I live 1250 miles from where I am now. I miss home and family there, but I have a huge fear and panic attacks driving / riding on the roads / highways? A benzodiazepine which is totally appropriate for this to be very popular. One that I can take on a need basis. One that gets rid of the anxiety that comes before practice and during the trip. Replies would be highly appreciated. Thank you. serious and informed responses please.
I take Vistaril for my panic and anxiety. Benzo are so addictive. I became addicted (dependent) Ativan, then they put me on Xanax, which just got me more addicted. I suggest something other than a benzo. Vistaril works just as well or better than benzo that I was on. I've been on this medication for almost 2 years and it really worked great for me. I hate you so far from home. Have you thought of the plane or take the train (Amtrak)? i wish you all the best! Good luck sweetie!
