
I can not stop compulsively eating junkfood .. I'm so afraid I'm going to get diabetes?
I am 20, I've put a lot little weight (I'm trying to lose). but I have anxiety when I attack panic, modesty flies out the window and I find myself eating way too. sometimes eat so much little, sometimes way too much I think that's why I've gotten so much weight. Also, I am a vegetarian, but an unhealthy one for 4 years .. so I that my body is confused. what do you suggest I do get my willpower back in shape, and what to do to get my diet back on track? I'm eating meat again ..
You always keep only healthy food at home and then you get healthy meals when hungry will have healthy things to snack on. Public to eat when we get anxious if unhealthy food hygiene is still is good because we eat. Try do yoga or meditation when you stress. If your anxiety is severe then see your doctor for treatment.
