Why am I having Panic Attacks and chest pains after drinking alcohol?
I know that I drink over the recommended amount but I hate feeling this way. I see alcoholics and addicts the way, and if I like them, I would understand this feeling this way, but I drink less than many people and yet I feel that I will die for two days after. It does not seem fair and does not seem fair.
It is unfortunate, but alcohol is essentially poisoning your system, so if you really think about it, any amount of alcohol, or any other psychoactive drug, some people rightly cause panic attacks. The chest pain you experience may be due to stress the heart of either alcohol or panic attacks. If you really want to continue heavy drinking (occasionally) I proposes to eat a hearty (bread filled) meal an hour or two before drinking lots of water before, during, and after, and taking vitamin B for your help body processes the alcohol. Also, try different alcohols, beer can affect you in a way any vodka or whiskey can in turn, each affect you differently. Another good idea is to drink less and see if the panic attacks persist at a lower level of alcohol consumption. Remember, it is nice to have a good time, just be careful what you put into your body and effects (present and future) that will affect you. Well no luck.
